So, what's it like to be a part of Troop 219?
Our troop is open to girls age 11-17 and focuses on developing new skills and outdoor activities.
A significant focus in scouting is developing leadership skills. As such the troop is girl-led and it is the girls who plan our adventures. The activities vary from year to year, but you can be sure they will include camping, canoeing, and hiking.
So far, our adventure plans for 2026-2027 include rock climbing, horseback riding, a beach weekend with learning about sea turtle rehab, ice skating, skiing, and summer camp.
We also have weekly troop meetings where we do a wide range of activities based on the skills or awards we are working on, or just simply having fun.

You are welcome to join us for one of our weekly meetings. Most of the time we meet on Tuesdays at 7:00. We do occasionally have special events and meet at a slightly different time or other location. Please email troop219raleigh@gmail.com to let us know to expect you.
